Birmingham

Customer Advisor - Full Time

You will be an experienced, confident, energetic and enthusiastic sales professional who is driven, reliable, hardworking and has a natural flair for sales.

You will contribute to the Site's success by delivering sales and customer advice the MotorDepot way, providing excellent customer service at all times. You'll keep up to date with all of our promotions, products and services and be able to communicate these effectively to our customers in a fair and transparent way. You will also have the ability to hit stretching targets and work effectively in a team and on your own initiative. Finally, you will take pride in the appearance of the cars and site maintaining its superb appearance at all times.

 

Grimsby

Compliance Manager - Full Time

You will contribute to the Site's success by delivering excellent customer service advice, the Motordepot way, at all times. You'll keep up to date with all of our developments in Finance our promotions, products and services and will be able to communicate these effectively to our customers in a fair and transparent way. You will have suitable financial and administrative experience, excellent customer service skills and staff management skills, along with confidence and strong planning and organisational skills. Experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage but not essential. In addition you must be IT literate, be able to effectively prioritise workloads and have a keen eye for detail.

You will be responsible for managing the entire finance process across the dealership including - Processing of credit applications; Completion of credit paperwork with customers during face to face meetings; Completion of companies FCA regulatory paperwork; Management of the sales admin team. You will also assist the sales management team by - Producing finance quotations for customers; Providing support / guidance to the sales team.

Customer Advisor - Full Time

Hessle

Workshop Controller/Foreman Vehicle Technician - Full Time

When we recruit for a Workshop Controller/Foreman, we look for individuals who are experienced in all aspects of motor vehicle repair and diagnostics. As our ideal candidate, you will be qualified to a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent and will have experience as a Workshop Controller/Foreman in a busy service department. We also welcome applications from Technicians, who don't have the relevant experience, who can demonstrate they have the relevant skills and knowledge and have the drive to see a team succeed. Although experience of working in a high volume workshop would be an advantage, this would not be essential to be considered for the role. You must be able to manage a busy team, be diligent and hardworking and ensure the vehicles you inspect are completed to the highest possible standards.

Reporting in to the Service Manager, the successful Workshop Controller/Foreman will be responsible for the daily performance of the Vehicle Technicians' and in addition will undertake maintenance and service and repair activities on motor vehicles. Daily responsibilities will also include: Managing the teams efficiency; Carrying out Quality Checks on their teams work; Workshop Health and Safety; Working alongside and overseeing the apprentices.  

Customer Advisor - Full Time

Service Technician - Full time

When we recruit for Vehicle Technicians, we look for individuals who are experienced in all aspects of motor vehicle repair and diagnostics. As our ideal candidate, you will be qualified to a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent. We also welcome applications from level 2 qualified candidates who can demonstrate they have the relevant experience. Although experience of working in a high volume workshop would be an advantage, this would not be essential to be considered for the role. You must be diligent, hardworking and ensure the vehicles you work on are completed to the highest possible standards. Being a qualified MOT tester would be advantageous.

Reporting in to the Service Manager, the successful Technician will be responsible for undertaking maintenance and service and repair activities on motor vehicles. Daily responsibilities will also include: Effectively record details of diagnosis, work completed, and components utilised in line with group and manufacturer standards; Keep work areas clean and tidy, organised and safe from hazards to health and safety; Maintaining the highest standards of work.

 

Hull

Online Customer Advisor - Full Time

When recruiting for Online Customer Advisors, we look for individuals who have a good grounding in providing the best in customer service coupled with the ambition and ability to learn and achieve. You must possess an excellent telephone manner along with confidence and strong planning and organisational skills. Previous experience of working in a sales role would be an advantage but is not essential as full training and development will be provided.

Reporting in to the Team Leader, the successful candidate will be responsible for handling incoming customer enquiries alongside generating outgoing contact to current customers on our database. Your ability to build up a friendly rapport with potential customers, understand their requirements and guide them through our 'friendly and transparent' car buying process, will be an essential requirement of the role.

 

Scunthorpe

Customer Advisor - Full Time
