Distance Selling Regulations
Under distance selling legislation you have the right to withdraw for the purchase of a vehicle within seven working days of the date the vehicle was delivered to you. If you wish to cancel you must send, by recorded delivery, notice of your cancellation in writing to our head office at Motor Depot, Clarence street, Hull, HU9 1DN, to reach us by the end of the seven working day period after the date of your delivery. In the event that you cancel you are obliged to make the necessary arrangements to return the vehicle to ourselves at your cost.
You should contact us in order to ensure the vehicle can be received by ourselves. If you cannot return the vehicle then we will be obliged to recover it and you will be obliged to pay our costs of doing so. Whilst the vehicle is in your possession you are obliged to take reasonable care of it until we receive it back. You are, of course, entitled to a test drive but if you travel anymore than 10 miles then a deterioration charge of £0.40 per mile excess will be made.
In addition any significant damage to the vehicle will be charged for. In the event of a cancellation we will refund the money paid within 30 days of receipt of our vehicle.
