Liked the approach of your saleperson Steve Ketley at Hull, although the car was from Scunthorpe showroom. When making the initial phone enquiry to Hull, Steve immediately gave me confidence in the company philospohy of customer service and value, which i think are as important as the car itself. Steve did everything he said and returned calls when promised. Very impressed that he came over to Scunthorpe to follow through with the sale and car handover.

People friendly salesmaen, product knowledge, I bought the car having only seeing photos, the salesman described it to me,I told him on delivery if the car was not as described then it would be returned. Obviously the car was not returned. Also when the driver had gone with my P/X, I realised the parcel shelf and rear carpet were not on the new car(taken out when Motor Depot valeted). This problem was resolved in one phone call.Thanks Steve n Carol

Simon Hewitt, the salesman wasn't pushy. he came and gave me the info on the car, including straight up honesty of 400 quid a year road tax, then when i'd had a look and chatted to him about my concerns (mainly insurance!) he invited me to come in and get some online quotes, talked through the prices and process, part ex, test drive... there were just no awkward pauses, just facts and figures, and no hidden costs.

The fantastic radio adverts first of all, Have to be the best ever , The fantastic staff (special " thanks " TO Graham Wright Please), He did what he said he would and was very helpful . He made the whole experience a pleasure to buy my new car from Motor Depot and that means alot to me .I found the Web Site very easy and straight forward to use , I like the fact that on many cars photos of the cars have been posted on line which enables you to view with out even being there , Further more the delivery service is nothing short of brilliant , Very helpful if like me you do not have the time to travel back and forth . I also like the facility for customers to be able to post on line feed back after their purchase (A true mark of quality customer service). Further more Motor Depot is such good value ! . My message to any one reading this is simply , "Buy your next car from Motor Depot" - You would be mad not to ,So Say Hello , Hello to possiably the best car dealer ever !(I have never found it so easy to buy a car from any where else , As i have with Motor Depot) . Because of the Salesman Gary Templeman.We were undecided what we required at the moment as we are going through a really difficult time.We required a vehicle rather quickly. Gary took over the situation. He brought the car over from Scunthorpe and brought it to us. He went a further mile as a salesman. We are so happy with the car and the experience he gave us.Please pass on our sincere thanks to him and hopefully, next year we will need another one and will always contact Gary. He takes the pain out of frustration looking for a vehicle.
