Motordepot could be open for business in Grimsby as early as Friday!
That's the exciting message as we press for an 'ahead of schedule' launch of our new premises on West Coates Road.
Managing director Steve Butterley admits there is still work to be done, but is "quietly confident" that the showroom - formerly part of the old Dixons Motor site - will be fully operational by the weekend.
"We are not quite there yet, but the Motordepot team has really pulled together on this and we are now quietly confident of opening ahead of schedule, hopefully on Friday.
"Our contractors have done a magnificent job in revamping the site, the new staff is in place, and our 'prep team' are currently working around the clock to get as many vehicles as possible on display.
"We will make a decision in the next 48 hours, but the message is - watch this space."
The new Grimsby site, which was only acquired in July, has the capacity to stock up to 150 vehicles and compliments Motordepot's existing portfolio of premises in Hull, Hessle, Scunthorpe and Birmingham.
