Our Response to the COVID-19 Virus Situation

Following the most recent statement from the Prime Minister, we have immediately complied with the measures announced by closing all of our branches as of Tuesday 24th March.

We are, however, still available online, over the phone and on social media. Our team are working remotely to still help you to choose and buy a car - we can arrange delivery as soon as our sites re-open - they can be contacted during the hours of 8.30am-8pm Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5.30pm Saturday and 10.30am-4.30pm Sunday on 01482 567260, via email [email protected] or through our live chat system on our website.

Can I still purchase a Vehicle?

Our online sales team are working remotely from home and will help you with any purchases you wish to make. We will hold the vehicle off sale with a £99 deposit for as long as it takes us to re-open.

Can I still apply for finance?

What do I do if I have a MOT due?

If you have a MOT for life plan we certainly will honour this once we re-open however if you have an MOT due now please visit https://www.gov.uk/government/news/vehicle-owners-to-be-granted-mot-exemption-in-battle-against-coronavirus for the latest update from the government.

What do I do if I have a Service due?

If you have a Service plan and your service is due, we certainly will honour this once we re-open.

I have ordered a vehicle and haven’t taken delivery?

Please be assured the vehicle will be kept safe and secure. As I’m sure you will understand, our priority is to keep both our customers and our staff safe, we are therefore unable to handover or deliver vehicles at this time. Our team will contact you as soon as we re-open to organise the delivery or handover as a priority.

I am part exchanging, can I still use the vehicle?

You are still the legal owner of the vehicle and we understand that it may have covered slightly more miles. The important thing, please ensure that you are still insured and road legal as this is still your responsibility.

I have signed for my finance but not collected my vehicle?

As I’m sure you will understand, our priority is to keep both our customers and our staff safe, we are therefore unable to handover or deliver vehicles at this time. We will prioritise your collection once we re-open

I have a fault on my vehicle?
