Our Response to the COVID-19 Virus Situation

From Monday 19th July the Government will lift most legally binding COVID-19 restrictions in line with it's document 'Moving to step 4 of the roadmap'. This sets out the essential actions that everybody should take to protect themselves and others whilst prevalence is high, as the country transitions towards learning to live with COVID-19. 

As part of a thorough health and safety review during the pandemic, we made changes to our site layouts to ensure comfortable social distancing can be maintained, in addition to providing sanitisation stations. These remain in place, helping to protect both the safety of our staff, our customers and their families.

We continue to offer an appointment based Click & Collect service at our showrooms to help minimise your time on site or you could take advantage of our nationwide home delivery service. Both options providing greater customer flexibility and can be arranged via our Online team on 01482 567260, who are available at the following times: Monday-Friday: 8.30-8.00; Saturday: 8.30-5.30; Sunday: 10.30-4.30.


Buying Your Next Vehicle

Our friendly team are still available online, over the phone and on social media, available to help you choose and buy your next car. We’re also now offering greater flexibility, with our ‘click and collect’ service operating across all of our branches in addition to our nationwide home delivery service (see below for further information on both). Visiting a Branch

Our showrooms are now open to the public, however we would politely ask all members of the public to wear a face covering whilst in our showrooms:

  • We recommend all visits are pre-booked through our online team
  • Our teams will follow social distancing guidelines
  • Showrooms desks have screens and the availability of PPE
  • Sanitisation stations available

Safe Test Drives

We have fully considered test drives and the safety of our customers and employees. The following precautions have been introduced to enable safe test drives to take place.

  • We recommend all test drives are booked through our online team
  • Our teams will follow social distancing measures whilst wearing the required PPE
  • Only the intended purchaser can test drive the vehicle
  • Vehicles fully sanitised prior to been available for test drives
  • Vehicle is fully ventilated and touch points sanitised before and after a test drive

Click & Collect

We are offering a safe and contactless appointment based vehicle collection service across all our branches:

  • All paperwork and payments will be completed remotely prior to vehicle collection
  • You will be given an allocated time for collection.
  • The vehicle will be thoroughly cleaned and fully sanitised prior to collection.
  • Our teams will follow social distancing measures whilst wearing the required protective equipment
  • An allocated collection slot, date and time will be confirmed via text message.

Nationwide Home Delivery

We have made several changes to our Nationwide Home Delivery service, ensuring the constant safety of our teams, our customers and their families. We have consistently followed and maintained COVID 19 guidelines and policies to ensure that we remain fully compliant with the latest Public Health England guidance related to the delivery of cars and will continue to do so. These include:

  • All paperwork and payments will be completed remotely prior to delivery
  • As part of the pre-delivery valet the vehicle will be fully sanitised
  • Our drivers will wear protective equipment at all times during the delivery of your vehicle
  • The car will be disinfected prior to hand over at the point of delivery

Vehicle Preparation

Our vehicle preparation processes have been further enhanced to ensure that each vehicle is prepared in a safe and compliant way, adhering to all ‘Public Health England’ guidance standards:

  • Protective equipment will be worn when required by each of our preparation teams.
  • All touchable surfaces will be wiped/sprayed using the correct anti-bacterial disinfectant products after every stage of the preparation process, followed by a comprehensive final valet including sanitisation of the vehicle
  • Every sold vehicle will under-go a final quality control preparation check, prior to handover or delivery to the end user.

Servicing & M.O.T bookings

Our service team are at hand to answer any questions and deal with booking service & MOT requirements, they can be contacted by calling the relevant Branch

  • Please call your local branch and our teams will happily book your service/M.O.T for when we have an available day.
  • We will give an allocated drop off time to ensure we can maintain social distancing measures. 
  • Locking wheel nuts and service packs will need to be left on the passenger seat of the vehicle
  • All vehicles will need to be left with us and as soon as your vehicle is ready, we will contact you to arrange an allocated collection time.
  • Keys will be sanitised when handed to and from our service advisors.
  • The vehicle will need to be ventilated and touch points sanitised before and after they have been worked on by our technicians and service advisors.
